The B BUILT/COACH BROSER SUBSCRIPTION WORKOUT PROGRAM was created specifically for people unable to work with me either in person or online via my individually CUSTOMIZED protocols, but still wish to utilize workouts that I PERSONALLY DESIGN (exclusively for subscribers) using my world-renowned POWER/REP RANGE/SHOCK HYBRID™ (PRRS), SPEC™, FTX2™ and FIBER DAMAGE/FIBER SATURATION™ (FDFS) muscle mass gaining systems.
Each week you remain subscribed you will receive directly to your email, a unique workout for each major muscle group (Chest, Back, Shoulders/Traps, Hamstrings, Quads, Biceps, Triceps, and Calves) that you can then incorporate into the body part split of your choice, whether it be a 3, 4, 5 or 6 day per week program. The specific workouts will change EACH AND EVERY week on a continuous basis in order to keep your training fresh, fun, exciting, MAXIMALLY EFFECTIVE, AND free of dreaded plateaus!
Every workout will include the exercises, sets, reps, lifting tempos, and intensity techniques you are to utilize at each session, so there is ABSOLUTELY NO GUESSWORK or question about what you need to do while at the gym. NOVICE/INTERMEDIATE LEVEL WORKOUTS
*Do not include SPEC™, FTX2™ or FDFS™ as these are very advanced protocols. Workouts will be created using more basic methods, suited to the novice/intermediate level.
*Workouts will be emailed by 11:59 PM every Sunday evening.
